Bar Louie opens Thursday 9/13

The restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner, and late night and features a large outdoor patio with a water feature, extensive mosaic tile bar, and mezzanine.

The building and the environment is very beautiful.
it looks good for a parking ramp, maybe. for a building, it looks like a nondescript concrete box with vines hanging off one side.
