From the people behind Yogurt Lab, Agra Culture will bring a health-focused quick casual concept to Minneapolis. With two locations currently under construction, one in Uptown at The Walkway at 2939 Girard Avenue, and the other at 50th & France in the former Bead Monkey space, the owner’s are certainly are making a strong entrance into the quick-casual restaurant world.

The sign was going up yesterday and a job fair is taking place this week, so expect an opening by summer. The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal reported that the restaurant will feature $7 – $10 entrees like salads, protein bowls, smoothies, and other dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant would also have gluten-free and vegan options.

The space is adjacent a brand new Yogurt Lab and is located between Lake and Lagoon on Girard Avenue, between MoZaic and Calhoun Square.
