The second annual event has moved to Uptown Minneapolis.
It’s back. Open Streets will open Lyndale Avenue to all except motorized traffic on Sunday, June 19th, 2013.
A City of Minneapolis grant will bring a spruce up a number of utility boxes in an effort to decrease graffiti impacts.
Due to a number of factors, the annual Lyn-Lake Street Festival will not be back in 2013, but may make a return in future years.

Crossing the street and driving in Uptown may get a little bit easier over the next year, as the City of Minneapolis is in the process of upgrading its traffic light system.
