From the Minneapolis Tribune: “R.B. Pelton secured the general contract to erect a residence at 2716 Bryant avenue south for J.L. Dickinson. It will be 26×34, two stories and attic, with plumbing, bath, gas, mantel, leaded glass, hardwood interior finish and furnace. Cost, $2,500.”
