New plans for 2900 Lyndale
Greco Development, developer of Blue and Flux, has new plans for the site it owns at 2900 Lyndale Avenue. The site is now L-shaped and includes the parking lot behind the VFW. The plan calls for 176 apartments, 9,000 square feet of commercial space, and parking for the VFW and the building.

Track 29 project appealed
After the Planning Commission approved the Track 29 project, located on the north side of the Midtown Greenway between Bryant Avenue and Aldrich Avenue, William Casey, on behalf of the Midtown Lofts Condominium Association, appealed the decision. The matter will go before the City Council Zoning & Planning Committee on March 3, 2011.
New businesses opening at Bryant-Lake
Two new businesses will open soon at the Bryant-Lake intersection: a novelty/gift shop and a Brazilian restaurant.
Track 29 Apartments approved
RMF Group received approval from the Planning Commission to construct two buildings totaling 198 apartment units on the Track 29 site on the north side of the Midtown Greenway between the Bryant Avenue and Aldrich Avenue. The two connected buildings would be constructed within two months of each other and would be approximately four stories with sections being five stories.
