A new proposal emerges for the southeast corner of 27th and Lyndale for a relocated Flanders Cycle and a new 11,000 square foot retail building potentially housing a liquor store, restaurant, and butcher shop/deli.
New plans for 2900 Lyndale
Greco Development, developer of Blue and Flux, has new plans for the site it owns at 2900 Lyndale Avenue. The site is now L-shaped and includes the parking lot behind the VFW. The plan calls for 176 apartments, 9,000 square feet of commercial space, and parking for the VFW and the building.
Cowboy Slims redevelopment revisions
Cowboys Slims is still anticipated to be redeveloped into a six-story, retail/restaurant/apartment building. The 92 unit building will also have 23,800 square feet of retail/restaurant space along with 212 parking stalls.
